2021 Area II Seminar

Register here!

It is with great anticipation and pleasure that we invite you to attend the 2021 NFSA Mid-Atlantic Regional Seminar. This year the seminar will be held at the Crystal Springs Resort. We hope that you will consider attending this enjoyable networking event and join in the informative seminar presentations. We are very excited to start to get back to normal and I can promise you that the NFSA and the host hotel are taking every precaution to keep everyone safe. Many of our events will be outdoors, or in rooms that allow for ample outdoor airflow.

Attached you will find the seminar program. Included are all the seminar speakers and the topics to be presented. We are sure that you will find the topics both educational and engaging. Once again, this year we will be hosting the popular vendor “meet and greet” hour. This event will be held during our Thursday night cocktail hour. Many of the leading vendors in the industry will be set up with tabletop displays, which will let you see the latest technology and innovations in our industry. This event is held at no additional charge to the vendors who have a full registration.

Please note that there is plenty of time allotted to spend as you wish. The resort has a variety of offerings for everyone, including an indoor pool, a fitness center, a spa and salon. The local area is also full of beautiful sights.

On Saturday we will be hosting an outdoor lunch and cornhole tournament. Sign-ups will be handled onsite for that event. To close the evening on Saturday, we will be hosting our Hall of Fame Dinner. The 2020 class includes Mr. Russ Fleming, Mr. Robert Gagnon, Mr. Walter Steinel Sr, Mr. Pat Conklin, and Mr. Buck Buchanan. Please come out and show your support as we induct our 2020 Hall of Fame Class who have waited very patiently for this recognition.

In order to accommodate you and your family, please make your hotel reservations directly with the Crystal Springs at your earliest convenience. Just mention you are attending the NFSA Seminar (group code: “NFSA/Fire Sprinkler Association”) and you will receive the seminar hotel rate of $289.00 per night. The rooms are all suite style, inclusive of your own kitchen, washer/dryer and full refrigerator. Please feel free to call the hotel directly at 1-855-977-6473.

Additionally, if you plan to arrive on Wednesday evening, a limited number of rooms have been reserved to accommodate your needs. All reservations need to be made by Monday, August 16th, 2021.

The physical address of the hotel is:
